Click Start, go to Settings, and then to Control Panel. Then double click on Network and Dial up Connections.
Double Click on Make New Connection icon.
When the Network Connection Wizard appears, click Next to continue.
Select the circle by Dial-up to the Internet. Then click Next.
Select the circle next to I Want to Set Up Internet Connection Manually. Then click Next.
At the next screen make sure that the circle next to I Connect through a phone line and a modem is marked. Then click Next.
Refer to the table below to enter the correct Phone number in this screen. Then click Next.
Note: Leave the Area code blank.

From Off-Campus: 448-4300 From On-Campus : 4300
Enter the Account Information in this window. Then click Next.
In the next window under the Connection Name type in as NSU-PPP. Then click Next.
The next window will ask about setting up a e-mail account, click No and then click Next.
On the next screen you will have the option to connect immediately. If you want to immediately
connect to NSU-PPP leave the check in the box. If not, take the check out of the box and click Finish.
